Mocha chocolate Chip Protein Bars

Ingredients

  • 2-3 tbsp Javy Coffee Concentrate
  • 129g nut butter
  • 177ml milk of choice
  • 90g maple  syrup
  • 81g oat flour
  • 11g cocoa
  • Pinch of salt
  • 50g dark chocolate chips

Directions

  1. In a stand mixer or food processor add all the ingredients and mix until a dough forms. Then add the chocolate chips.
  2. You can add more liquid or flour if needed and adjust sweetness to your liking.Pat the mixture into a lined square tin and refrigerate overnight then cut into rectangles.
