Ingredients
- 1 and 1/2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp thick coffee decotion
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup bloomed chia seeds
- 2 tsp sugar
- few ice cubes
Instructions
- Take milk in a sauce pan, boil and then simmer for 3-5 mins. Cool down completely.
- Take coffee decoction in a bowl, add sugar and cocoa powder to it.
- Mix well to form a lump free runny liquid. Add milk to a mixer jar.
- Add coffee decoction and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
- Finally add bloomed chia seeds. Use the whip option n whip once or twice. Freeze the serving glass for at least 10 mins.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup, add 2 to 3 ice cubes. Add the blended mixture to the serving glass.
- Serve Iced Coffee chilled!
Notes
- Instead of adding milk as such you can freeze milk and also blend for a thick creamy shake.
- Adjust decoction according to the flavour you want. If you want it a bit strong you can little more decoction.
HOW TO MAKE ICED COFFEE
