It’s so easy to make! Easy enough that you can make it every single morning without too many extra steps. Stock up on the necessary ingredients (coffee, grass-fed butter, and MCT oil), and you’ll have everything ready to get your day started with a boost of energy.
I also added in pink salt and ground cinnamon to add some more flavor, but they are totally optional.
- Brew a pot of coffee as you normally would.
- Mix coffee, butter, MCT oil (and salt & cinnamon if using) into a blender
