Turmeric Coffee Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 packets stevia sweetener (such as Truvia®)
  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 fluid ounce brewed espresso

Directions

  1. Combine coconut milk, vanilla extract, stevia sweetener, turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat until warm, about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove the saucepan from heat. Blend until frothy using an immersion blender.
  3. Pour espresso into a serving mug. Top off with frothed milk mixture.

Cook’s Notes:

Substitute Truvia(R) with your sweetener of choice. You can also use any kind of nut milk in place of coconut milk.
