Hand Beaten Coffee

Ingredients:

• Water 1tsp (warm)
• Instant coffee 1tbs
• Sugar 2tbs
• Milk 2cups
• Coffee to sprinkle

Directions:

In a cup, add warm water and instant coffee and mix it.

Add sugar, adjust the quantity of coffee and sugar according to your taste.

Give it a good mix.

Add milk in a pot and bring it to the boil.

Add hot milk in a serving cup, add coffee mixture 1-1/2 tsp or to taste
Whisk it properly.

Sprinkle some instant coffee for garnishing.
