Ingredients
- Milk – 3 cups
- Instant coffee powder – 2 tbsp
- Sugar – 4 tbsp
- Water – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- Take coffee powder, sugar and water in a wide bowl. Whisk together until sugar dissolves. Now whip this mixture using hand blender for 10 minutes.
- Keep folding and whip well until it turns smooth, light and fluffy. It has to be in light brown color and very thick like shaving cream.
- Store this coffee foam in refrigerator for a week and use when needed. For making cappuccino, boil milk in a pan.
- Add 2 tbsp of prepared coffee foam in a cup. Pour hot milk over it and mix well. Add some more coffee foam on top and sprinkle cocoa powder or coffee powder on top.
- Serve and enjoy this homemade beaten coffee.
INDIAN CAPPUCCINO WITHOUT COFFEE MACHINE / BEATEN COFFEE RECIPE
Indian cappuccino recipe with step-wise pictures and video recipe. Indian cappuccino is a variation to normal coffee and easily prepared at home without coffee machine. It is delicious, creamy, frothy and rich. This beaten coffee is prepared by whipping together instant coffee powder and sugar into thick foam. This can be made using electric hand blender, hand whisk or fork. I have used Continental extra strong instant coffee powder and you can use any instant coffee powder of your choice making this cappuccino.
